Matchmaking at Leading Lights - how does it work?
During the Leading Lights 2025 event, we give participants the chance to meet with potential cooperation partners. Our registration platform offers a quick and easy way to pre-book those meetings in advance. Note that the matchmaking function will be activated on 13 February 2025, but you can start preparing your profile before this. Continue reading to know how!
General instructions
1. Registration
Register via the Register button.
2. Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3. Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4. Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participants' profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
5. Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
Matchmaking at the Danish Architecture Center
1. Head to the matchmaking area
When it's time for your meeting, head to the matchmaking area in the main hall. There will be no tables, but this is where you’ll gather to find your meeting partners.
2. Find your meeting partner(s)
At the matchmaking area, you'll locate your meeting partners based on your meeting number (e.g., Meeting 1, Meeting 2, etc.). Use your meeting number to connect with your partners who are scheduled for the same time slot.
3. Take it to the next spot
After connecting, feel free to move to the stairs or the exhibition hall to continue your discussions. These areas are designed for informal meetings and networking.
4. No Table? No Problem!
With no tables or signage in the exhibition area, look for people with the same meeting number or exchange contact info to easily find each other in the crowd.
